Why?

Travel Insurance is more important than ever now. Travel Insurance will protect your travel investment if you need to cancel and also protect you while you are traveling.

All policies are not the same. You can select the total dollar amount you wish to insure, which can be lower than your total investment if you want. You can also select upgrades to your policy that may cover more personal reasons for your trip cancellation such as “Cancel Anytime” or “Cancel for Business Reasons” with Allianz or “Cancel for Any Reason” with Travelex. Be sure to read your policy and understand the valid reasons for cancelation. All will reimburse 100% if cancelation is for medical reasons. You will want to purchase the travel insurance within 14-21 days of your initial deposit to cover pre-existing conditions and take advantage of the cancel anytime policies. If you miss this window do not worry, you can purchase travel insurance up until the day prior to travel but to cover more reasons for cancelation it is recommended to purchase right away.

We highly suggest using Roam Right, Travelex or Alianz Global. We have great rates with these three insurance companies and any necessary claims are handled quickly. Travel Insurance varies depending on the amount you want to cover, your age, the state you reside in and the specific policy selected. All three companies will cover 100% if you test positive for Covid before traveling and unable to travel. There are also several other reasons with 100% coverage. Be sure to read through the policy to understand your coverage.
